Will your track fit my lights?
Stock track is punched for 30 mm bulbs. If that is what you install, they drop straight in. Not sure? Order the $15 sample and test-fit a bulb before you commit to a run.
Can I get track without holes?
Yes. J Track and U Track can be ordered as blanks with no holes punched. Tick the no-holes option on the profile card when you order.
What hole spacings do you offer, and why does the stick length change?
We punch at 8, 9, or 12 inches on center. The stick length changes with the spacing so the holes land evenly with no odd gap at the ends: 12-inch spacing is a 72-inch stick, 9-inch spacing is a 81-inch stick, 8-inch spacing is a 78-inch stick. Standard is 8 inches on a 78-inch stick.
Which profile should I use?
Hat Track is the everyday choice for fascia and is rolled thin so it blends in during the day. J Track and U Track suit different mounting situations and are the two profiles available without holes. CL Track is the heavier option. Pick a profile on the order page to see its cross-section, or call and describe the roofline.
What is the track made of?
Factory-painted aluminum coil, the same material gutter, fascia, and soffit are made from. We do not paint track ourselves. That is why the finish and color match what is already on the house.
What gauge is it?
Standard track is rolled from .027-inch coil. Other thicknesses are available on request for custom runs.
Will the finish fade?
No. It is the same factory-painted coil that gutter, fascia, and soffit are made from, so it holds its color the way those do. The paint is applied at the coil mill and carries the mill's finish warranty. Imported track is often spray-coated after forming, which is why it fades and chalks in a few seasons.
Does the color match my gutters and fascia?
In most cases, yes, because it comes from the same coil stock those parts are made from. We stock 20 architectural finishes, and custom colors are available on request. Order a sample or call with the color name on the house and we will tell you the match.
Do I need an account to see prices?
No. Every price is listed on the order page, and you can check out as a guest. Accounts are optional and only add order history and wholesale rates.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one stick, one sample, or a full carton. Wholesale rates are set by yearly volume, but there is no minimum to buy at list price.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. A 3-foot white sample piece is $15 and ships in a rigid sleeve. It is the cheapest way to check fit and finish before you order a run.
Do you sell lights and controllers too?
No. We sell track only. Bring your own lights, controller, and clips from whichever system you install.
Do you do custom lengths or custom hole spacing?
Yes. Stock track is 6.5 ft (2 m) with 30 mm holes at 8 inches on center, with 9-inch and 12-inch spacing as stock options, no-holes blanks on J and U Track, and .027-inch coil as standard. Beyond that we run custom: 1 m sticks are available, other lengths and spacings can be run, and other thicknesses are available on request. Contact us with what you need and we will quote it with a lead time.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Tell us your yearly footage. We set a rate by volume and attach it to your account, so wholesale pricing shows automatically at checkout. Start on the volume pricing page or call the shop.
Will you ship to my customer under my name?
Yes. Wholesale accounts can blind-ship. Your business goes on the label as the sender and nothing from GlowPros appears in the box. Save recipients to your account and reuse them on every order.
How do you ship 7-foot track?
In heavy-wall cartons of up to 96 sticks, by UPS or FedEx ground from Rexburg, Idaho. Freight is quoted live at checkout from your actual packed weight, so what you see is what the carrier charges us. Transit is typically 1 to 5 business days.
How fast does it ship?
Stock profiles leave the shop in 2–3 business days. Custom runs ship on the lead time quoted with your order.
Can I pick up in Rexburg?
Yes, and it is free. Choose WILL-CALL at checkout and we will call when the order is ready.
What if it shows up bent?
Send photos and your order number within 5 business days of delivery. We replace the affected sticks on the next shipment or refund them, your choice, and we handle the carrier claim ourselves.
