TERMS OF SALE.

GlowPros manufactures roll-formed aluminum track profiles for permanent LED lighting in Rexburg, Idaho, USA. These terms cover purchases made through this website.

Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe — card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We never see or store your card number. Your order is confirmed when you receive the Stripe payment receipt by email.

If we can't fulfill an order — a pricing error, a stock problem, an address we can't ship to — we'll contact you and refund in full.

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges; damaged or defective product is replaced or refunded under our shipping & returns policy.

Prices are listed in US dollars per stick (one stick = 6.5 feet) and may change without notice — the price at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is quoted separately at checkout. Volume pricing is by quote through volume pricing.

Where required, sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout.

Shipping works as described in our shipping & returns policy. Title passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. If freight arrives damaged, report it within 5 business days and we'll handle the carrier claim and make it right — see the damage policy for details.

Our track profiles are building components. You're responsible for confirming a profile fits your application and for installing it in line with local building and electrical codes. Specs and dimensions on this site are accurate to normal manufacturing tolerances.

We warrant every stick to be free of defects in material and workmanship at delivery. If a piece doesn't meet that bar, our obligation is to replace it or refund its purchase price — your choice.

Beyond that, products are provided as-is: to the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This doesn't limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, labor to remove or reinstall product, or delays.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute that can't be worked out directly will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Idaho.
